Between 12:35 (GMT) to 13:00 (GMT) one of the internal databases had an issue which causes a part of the Causaly Cloud not to respond - specifically multihop search and article paper display.
The issue has been resolved and a further analysis is needed to find the root cause. This will be published once it has been identified.
