Between 18:00 (GMT) to 18:50 (GMT) on Thursday 17th Febrarury and between 14:50 (GMT) to 14:55 (GMT) one of the internal databases had a performance issue which causes a part of the Causaly Cloud which caused the search to repsonse slowly.
The issue has been identified and a further analysis is needed to find the root cause.
